With more than two decades of senior international leadership experience across financial and professional services, health, insurance, corporate and purpose-driven organisations, Scott has held executive COO and CIO roles leading large teams across Australia, Asia and Europe. He is known not just for designing strategies, but for executing them — turning ambition into outcomes, stabilising complex environments, and supporting leaders through high-stakes moments where delivery really counts.
